CGI is a large IT company but with a very dedicated and specialized Geo-ICT team. Being originally from Canada we work world wide and have Geo experts in most countries. But the Dutch Geo team is one of our largest with a focus on helping our large clients in the Netherlands with integrating geospatial information in their business solutions.
The Geo-experts are gathering in what we call a practice, that organizes not only many meetings, but also helps in getting knowledge on a high level and working together with academic institutions and technology partners. Internships and thesis-internships things that happen all the time at CGI, with our own focused supervision and direct link with the academic institution you are doing your master.
